Are you considering leaving? Discernment Counseling is a short term therapy approach to help you decide if you want to end your relationship or not. I use this approach to help people move through the limbo stage and reach the change and relief they desperately want.
I specialize in getting relationships unstuck.

Starting Therapy Together
-
01.
I offer every new client a free consultation. It’s your chance to ask any questions you may have and make sure we’re a good fit.
-
02.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll start the intake process. For relationships, I meet with partners together, and separately, to give everyone a chance to be share honestly.
-
03.
After the intake, our therapy sessions will begin, guided by your unique therapy treatment plan. We build this plan together and track progress along the way.
